We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or shipping restrictions.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit cards and payment processors.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including taxes, fees, and shipping.
If a payment dispute (chargeback) occurs, you agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve the issue before escalating to your financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks will be prosecuted under applicable law.
6. SALES TAX
We collect sales tax where required by Maryland law.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees assessed by their country.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We process and ship orders through third-party partners.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to you.
We are not liable for delays, customs holds, or delivery issues outside our control.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
To promote efficient resolution, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Maryland.
You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
14. INTERNATIONAL USERS
If you access our Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
You consent to having your data processed and transferred to the U.S. in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
