All products sold by JoyLand Creations LLC<\/strong> are custom-made to order<\/strong> and produced upon purchase. Because each item is created specifically for you, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted<\/strong> except in cases of verified manufacturing defects, damage, or fulfillment errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This policy ensures fairness for both the customer and the store while maintaining compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws governing custom goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
